Booking
How do I book a tour?
Every experience on this site has its own booking widget. Pick the tour you want, choose a date and a time in the booking panel, and complete the reservation online. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will help you set it up.
Can I book more than one experience?
Yes. Each tour and rental is booked separately so you can build the days you want. If you are planning several activities, contact us first and we will help you space them out sensibly.
In what currency are the prices shown?
Prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN). The booking system shows you the final amount before you confirm.
On the tour
Do I need previous experience?
No. Our tours are designed for all skill levels. Your guide gives you a full orientation and safety briefing before heading out, and the pace is adapted to your group. For the advanced routes, tell us your experience level and we will match the route to it.
Are the tours private?
Yes â our tours are privately guided. You get a more personal experience and a pace that fits your group.
What gear is included?
On ATV and motorcycle tours we provide the riding essentials: helmet, goggles and bandana. Surf and paddle board lessons include the board and a private, English-speaking instructor.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dusty and closed-toe shoes. Bring biodegradable or reef-safe sunscreen, a towel if you plan to swim, and some cash or a card for drinks and snacks at the stops.
Are food and drinks included?
No. Drinks and snacks at the river stop, jungle bar or surf bar are not included, but they are available for purchase during the stop. Gratuities are also not included.
Logistics
Where do the tours start?
At our shop in downtown Puerto Vallarta â Av MĂ©xico 1260, 5 de Diciembre, 48350 Puerto Vallarta, Jal.. We are open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 â 17:00.
Do you offer transportation to your office?
Yes. We offer transportation within a convenient range â from the airport on the north side down to Conchas Chinas on the south side. When you book a tour with us it is only $10 USD per person. Ask for it when you contact us.
Can I rent equipment without a tour?
Yes. Bicycles, e-bikes, paddleboards, scooters, dual-sport motorcycles and Harleys are available as standalone rentals, by the hour or by the day. See Rentals.
